Steve joined the 91µÎµÎ in 2022. Previously Steve was Head of Media at Melton Mowbray Campus, SMB College Group in Leicestershire. He has also worked as a college lecturer in Media, Film Production and IT and as a studio technician. Steve’s role as Projects Manager involves a range of project and governance work covering multiple departments. Steve is PRINCE2 Project Manager certified, having completed his foundation and practitioner examinations.
Under the guidance of the Head of Governance & Projects Steve’s work is focused on development and delivery of operational projects. Steve works closely with colleagues in the Institute and beyond to successfully initiate, develop and deliver projects across a range of departments, helping manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies and actions. The Projects Manager works with committees, develops policies and procedures, assists with business continuity planning and risk management. Leading on projects, and identifying, championing and leading change in its structure and process, the department aims to ensure engagement across the Institute.
